I have previously applied for a custom domain email on Zoho's international version website. The process for applying on the domestic version is similar, and there is also one good aspect of the domestic version: as long as the domain can be resolved normally, even without filing, this service can be used normally.
Application Steps#
Application website: https://www.zoho.com.cn/mail/zohomail-pricing.html?src=zmail
After opening the website, scroll down to see the following interface:
Fill in Information#
Click on "Sign Up Now" under the "Forever Free" version to enter the following interface:
Since my own domain name has already been registered, I used the domain name example.mail
for demonstration purposes. This does not affect filling in the information. When applying, fill in your own domain name. Next, fill in the registrant information:
Click "Confirm" when finished.
DNS Verification#

After configuring, wait for a TTL (depending on the length set) and then click "Verify" to complete the process. You can then set up users on your own.

This is because we have not configured MX records for the domain name, so other mailboxes cannot find our mailbox. Therefore, we need to configure MX records for the mailbox according to the following steps:
Set as follows in the DNS control panel:
After completing this step, you can successfully receive emails~
Advanced Operation: Adding DKIM Verification and SPF Verification
To prevent emails sent from your mailbox from being treated as spam, you can enable SPF verification and DKIM verification. Follow the process of configuring TXT records mentioned above to add the following two TXT records:
